I have recently re-started collecting MSX stuffs, mostly focusing on getting back the games, I enjoyed on the platform back in the days and that I've sold or let go.

Finally got my MSX out of the box, built a new RGB cable for it as I couldn't find the old one. 30 years on and this little thing still works like on the 1st day, next step plugging the tape player...

Now enjoying some quality MSX time on the Framemeister Just need a controller now x)

You are correct, it's actually the predecessor to the cx5m. You can plug an expansion cartridge to use a keyboard and use it to make music.
