Pioneer CLD-A100 Sega PAC

Can the Sega PAC expansion for the Pioneer CLD-A100 play Sega 32X games?
It's the USA Sega PAC and Pioneer CLD A100

 

Does it have a standard Mega Drive video output plug? If not, then it probably won't work. Might not work anyway, I'm not sure.

 

No it can't but would you really want to apart from virtual racing?

It can, but requires a RGB mod to the Laseractive and a cartridge extender and looks silly...

 

true, with a mod it will work but you could say the same for running a 32X on a Nomad.

 

That would look hilarious though, and maybe - just maybe - reduce the portability a little bit

I still regret not picking one up that I saw at a cash converter for.... 30 euro.

I was visiting a friend and had a quick browse in the local cash converters, but I came there by public transport and did not want to carry that huge thing with me. Next time I went there by car it was gone... oh well.

Laser Discs are nice!

 

I couldn't say really. I'd say the JPN one looks better or should i say the PACs look better because of the JPN logos but as for which is the most rare I really couldn't say. A lot of the pictures on the English speaking net seem to be of the US model mind you.

Do the PAC-S10 (Genesis module) and PAC-N10 (Turbografx module) are compatible with the Japanese CLD-100 player?
