Plasma TV has no base , this a ok solution ?

hi guys , my sister has given my mum a simple 42 inch Plasma as hers has a sound issue. Thing is it doesn't have a base , i believe i have found a solution on ebay but need a confirm before purchasing. The Plasma has mounting holes 400 x 400mm and the solution i found on ebay is below. Should we go for it ?

Long as its under the weight limit, I dont really see what the question is.

It says its for what you are trying to do. You are the only one that knows if theres anything stopping the legs from fitting (some plastic in the way etc).

 

hi Ad , yes weight wise it's cool. My worry is that the Plasma mounting holes are 400 x 400mm and the ebay listing says from 200mm x 200mm to 400mmx800mm , just a little unsure if the ebay one can do 400 x 400mm.

 

The distance between the 2 legs doesn't matter, as they aren't connected. So its just the length a s it's got plenty of mounting holes and will fit basically anything.

You should have no issues with size

I've got something similar by a different brand but once you get them in place they work great.
