which games are running over it? IIRC propeller arena would have been playable online actually since the outtrigger server was already "ready" for propeller arena too, but it's a shame it got leaked too late..
actually we would have to check, as far as I know dreamcall still works through that server, planet ring might too, but it would have to be accessed through a DNS server or something since the "shipgate" or proxy is down
as i recall dreamcall is already completely offline, as is planet ring. the funny story about planet ring is that it was offline first in 2002 and then sometime during 2002 online again. wow that's 6 years ago already..i've grown old

Sadly, the dreamcall does not work anymore: http://innosphere.net/ Direct quote: "We regret to inform you, we will be discontinuing the InnoSphere service, as well as Device-to-Device calling service with effect from 31st October 2010." Too bad it worked until recently, and I checked the servers that were still online for dc dreamcall and they're gone. dcserver1.innomedia.com dcserver.innomedia.com dcproxy.innomedia.com Those worked a few months ago... But not anymore... any news on anything regarding propeller or... ?
Anyone tried experimenting with the NOKIA SNAP server software yet? Any news in general about those games getting back online at all? I find it hard to believe that nokia redid the whole code and whatnot, so there might be a chance that atleast some of the games are still compatible with the SNAP software from NOKIA:
That's not really a problem anymore, for example with the game "Maximum Pool" some cleaver guys made a IP-patch, and also for the almighty PSO there are boot loader discs out there that change the IP. It's a real shame that nobody did what the PSO guy did, inspect / record packages when the other games where still online, just imagine the fun if we would still be able to play most of the DC games online!
I'm working on a Samba de Amigo project ATM, but I'd love to get back to Propeller Arena. If anyone is interested in playing around with the dissasembled code, let me know.
