    Hey there everyone,

First time posting here but ive been lurking around for awhile now. I recently bought a Sony PVM and want to hook up my PS1 to it and enjoy in the high res glory but I cant find a suitable SCART cable.

Could someone point me in the right direction? I already located a SCART to BNC cable.

I cant figure out what 3rd party cable is the highest quality or if there is any hope of actually finding a Sony branded "euro cable"

    Thanks

    Ben

try PS Component cable and connect them to PVM's BNC connectors.
You may also need the breakaway(?) module to get the sync signal too

I do have PS RGB Scart cable that I picked up in Japan but since I don't have the suitable TV cannot test whether this one works or not... (don't really matter as this cable cost next to nothing as loose)

This type of cable might also work, depending on if the PVM will accept composite video for sync.

If it doesn't you will need a sync stripper.

Of course you will need to purchase some Phono>BNC adapters.

I have a Mitsubishi monitor this might work on and this cable. I'll give it a try next time I'm able to.
