Today I was reading an article that said the PlayStation 2 already have those capacitors inside the console. From your point of view it's best to solder the capacitors inside the SCART cable or not? Does affect the video quality in any way not soldering the capacitors inside the SCART cable or vice versa? My question is referring to CRT TV using RGB video connection.
