    Hey Guys

    I have a new and unused PS3 from Japan. I'll be happy to test it out for you before I send it. EMS is $110 to the US and $130 to Europe. The price is on the low side so I'd like to sell it to someone I've seen here before.

    Payment can be Paypal, USPS Money Order, International Postal Money Order, or Cash. Paypal can only be to a confirmed addess.

    I think it only plays Region 2 movies. I'm not sure about the PS2 games, tho....

    US and JP blu-ray discs share the same RC, so us BD movies will work, dvds won`t.

    how much is it then ?

    tested:

    -US Tony Hawk 8 on JP PS3 system = works !
    -US PS2 Games on JP PS3 System = won`t work
    -US DVDs on JP PS3 System = won`t work
    -PAL (euro) DVDs on JP PS3 System = won`t work ( system won`t playback PAL signaled dvds even if they share the same RC)
    -US Playstation 1 Games on JP PS3 System = won`t work
    -US Blu Ray Disc on JP PS3 System= works !

    extra:
    -mov. files ( H264 codes ( apple trailer)) via Memory Stick on JP PS3 system = won`t work ( which makes me sad)
    -MP3 via memory Stick on JP PS3 System = won`t work
    -MPEG 2 TS file via Memory stick on JP PS3 System = won`t work

    You do know 700EUR is like $900... So its not that much extra. I mean your already spending way too much on a console might as well splash out. Get a seller that might help you out after.
