PlayStation 3 Repair

About a year or so ago I purchased two Playstation 3s, one of which was a non-working CECH. It powers up with a green light with no video output for about 30 seconds before powering off, as if it was unplugged. Pushing the power button at this point would turn the LED red, and pushing it again would repeat the process. I'm not sure on where to start looking to try to fix it. Anyone able to point me in the right direction? I've been searching for a while, but I haven't seem to have found anyone with this problem.

Try to go into recovery mode, it's looks like soft btick.

It doesn't go to the second beep for recovery mode

Could be a few things. The no video output... are you connecting via HDMI or RCA plugs? Try both.

Also, try this:

The shutting off part is worrisome though. It could be overheating and/or YLOD.
