PlayStation 3 Super Slim disc drive noise

Hello,

I have the late revision, CECH-4304C with date code 4C and 500 GB HDD.
My problem is like in those videos:



Does someone knows a fix for this problem or it is something to worry about?
I saw that most comments say that it's normal to do that but I want to be 100% sure because a friend of mine have the CECH-4204C revision with 500 GB HDD and I didn't heard any sound like that...
