PlayStation 3 tool DECR-1000A RSX rom version?

How can I find out the rsx rom version, I’m looking for one that can go below firmware 1.60.

 

Hook it up to target manager, connect and boot.
When it boots a message will show up in the console output.
For an example here's mine
rsx: b01 500/650 vpe:ff shd:3f [G1A828000:1:2:18:a:a:3:9:1][39:2:0:0:1:2:1][0:0:0]

 

Any other ways?
Preferably one that requires minimal setup, I have a local contact interested in selling me one, but I need to find the rsx version

 

No other easy way because this is the easiest way. You hook up a lan cable from the DEVLAN to a switch/router and connect to it with TM running on a PC. That's your best bet unless you want to take a gamble

 

plug to router , set DMZ is your DECR ip, ask some one use TM to your DECR get the log
