PlayStation MM3 issues

Any knowledge as to the benefits of v3?

I had rumours it was the same as v2.1, but just on a 12x50x chip rather than the expensive/hard to find 16f84

But that could be nonsense. It would make more sense if it was a bad/buggy release that was replaced with v4 (and is why it seems to be erased from the internet)

 

My friend tell me that it's an old relase of V4. I don't know if it have bug. He knew much more than me, but we are no longer in contact for a long time now.
But it's not a "mini" adaption of v2 on 12c50X chip

 

Sounds kinda useless then, except for collection purposes.

Also explains why it seems removed from the internet.
