I have a PS Vita slim (2000) that doesn't turn on. I suspect a momentary short or a static bolt fried the mother board. The only finding I can confirm is that my multimeter reads rollercoaster voltage oscillations between 0 and 5V on the power input. Though the console stays dead. Any idea what could cause this? Also if you are aware of ps vita slim schematics or service manual would help a lot

    Thanks
