Please Help me figure out the name of my unknown Bandai Famicom game

I basically won an auction with one of those famicom in an n64 controller thingies and it came with a few carts. I have tried describing this game to many people but no one has ever been able to figure out what it is. It comes in an official black bandai famicom cart. Here is a gameplay video, any idea?
