    If you made an offer then you have to pay. An offer is a legal contract on ebay meaning you have to pay the $200 to the seller or they could claim a non payment strike against your account.

    Yes, an accepted offer through the ebay Best Offer system is the same thing as if you'd won an auction or went for a BiN. It is a commitment to buy. So, unless you want to get your feedback dinged, pay for it and resell it if you determine that you don't want it.

    You don't have to pay for the offer, I get them often and most people never pay. So, really you're not 'forced' to.
    Takes a while before eBay do anything with those offenders.

    To answer your question simply, yes. That was a good deal. A buddy of mine bought one for roughly double that, and it was used w/o a box.
