Apparently it started off as a non-profit fan made game and then just ended up on cartridges. Its just a hacked Pokemon Fire Red/Leaf Green with some pokemon changes and was made by someone who was skilled at photoshop.
Isn't that Chaos Zero from Sonic Adventure on the cover? That should be a good indication that it's not official :lol:
