Yeah, that's pretty amazing but i saw more incredible, like a portable sega cd 32x, belive it or not! hehe :smt043
who the hell uses the L button anyway? :smt043 edit: he should have made the cross though, since he can't play every game without it, more than without the L button anyway.
Nah, but if he updated it with a portable N64 (i belive its just PS1, NES, Snes and 2600) I'd buy it in a heartbeat, I love the n64....
That guy is very good at what he does but if only he'd take some design lessons Still I have to admire his skills. Yakumo
I think that's sort of the idea. '70s era aesthetic with woodgrain and shit is pretty nice, I think. In my opinion, most of his systems (except for the ones where he used that funky blue plastic) look way the hell better than the PSP, DS, GBA, etc. His original VCSp is beautiful what with the woodgrain and that 9V battery sticking out and all. It's too bad he has to have sharp edges, but I think that's a function of the tools he uses. ...word is bondage...
one thing i really don't like about the snes systems, and possibly others, is that the cart is mounted out the back. V. ugly to me. However, he really is damn good at "portable-ising" consoles
Yeah, if you read the description of his book, he really likes the Atari/70s/80s theme. I personally think some of them are butt ugly, but his technical skills are amazing.
He was in Popular Science (or Mechanics) a couple of months ago. It was pretty cool to see him get that kind of recognition. Anyone see it?
