Possible Nintendo Prototype AV cable?

    Could be a chinese. I can't actually see the Nintendo logo.

    Did the SNES have stereo audio?

    Looks like the Japanese A/V cable intended for use with the Super Famicom/ Gamecube/ N64 (for those with mono TV's). SHVC-007

    Not really rare at all. Even I have one which I have never used.

    A mono cable was definitely available in boxed form for Japan. If Japanese, it's model SHVC-007.

    I don't know if Nintendo made an official release elsewhere. I've never heard of AV cables being supplied with the rare AV version NES top loader.

    It's the AV cable for the AV Famicom. Not prototype, not rare.
