Yes, maybe. Just wait till one pops up, throw tons of money to the seller and... Nothing. You can't use it, since SONY locked all VITA/PS4/upcoming devkits with a time-limited activation key system, that (presently) can't be hacked. I know it's bad news, but sadly there is no way to get the damn thing working nowadays.
