What I had it for a while (the SMS is still active)

 

Ha, I have windows phone so my background is black.

But my lockscreen is a picture I took with the phone itself that I am particularly proud of.

 

Not many high res pictures of HOTD characters, let alone Saya, but you know it's ok

 

I finally found out that on Android you can take screen shots using the volume down and power button combination, DOH!

So here are some actual resolution screen shots from my phone (720p)
EDIT - Looks like the forum only displays the portrait images in their original resolution. The landscape ones have been shrunk down.

I actually use the phone in landscape mode an awful lot since it sits on my desk next to my PC for entertainment.

 

The forum seems to auto-scale images based on width. If I were to move to my PC with its big display they would likely be almost full resolution.
