*looks around nervously* Thats what happens when you get stuck with an ex-business pc- you can't bloody renew the license!!
That wallpaper made me tear up when i first downloaded it. Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit 8GB Ram 1GB ATI Radeon HD Video Card Intel Core 2 Duo 1 250GB Hard drive 1 100GB Hard Drive
Before anyone asks about it, this is a program that has up to 10 desktops on 1 screen. I only use 2. I haven't even used the 2nd one yet. Yes. I've been watching One Piece...
The official OS X Mavericks wallpaper. I finally got sleep working on my machine! 10.8.4 seemed to do it, for some reason. It's so nice to be able to put the machine to sleep any time I want.
Decided to install Mavericks on a side partition. like it so far but probably won't go over my stable 10.8.4 for now. I also picked up this PowerMac G4 last week for $10 on a whim, mostly because I liked the look of the old Macs back in the day but never really wanted to buy one. Surprisingly it booted up once I threw a hard drive in it. Quickly installed Tiger and overall it runs decently well for its age. Keeping my eyes open for a cheap Sonnet Processor for it in the 1.2ghz range and the same in the video card. The ATI Rage in it just doesn't cut it.
Sleep is the only thing it's broken on my Hackintosh. I'm sticking with it for day to day use but I'm using my ML partition for dev as Xcode seems to crash when communicating with the iTunes Connect portal and I can't code sign anything.
Wait, so are you saying Mavericks broke sleep for you? I'm not running Mavericks right now, I just have the background. I'm running 10.8.4, as I said before. I'll probably wait for the official release of Mavericks.
Well probably not, it'll be a kext issue but now the second the system goes to sleep it wakes back up again immediately. Either way I'm really happy with Mavericks. Getting good performance.
