300k. When the seller dropped the price by 100k it had to be mine! (He had it listed on and off for 18 months, pretty much since the last 3 sold in 2008..he must have wondered what was wrong with his set lol, especially as the other two complete ones sold for 600k yen and 350k yen+ (as well as an incomplete set for 250k yen). Nothing I might add he!) It's approx 52-53cm cubed, 16-18kg with all the stuff. Love the Necromancer! :love2: The only one I have to hand (moving house so will have my own room of doom in a few months) Also have a sealed Darxide signed by David Braben (thanks to a member here for the free ticket to the talk he gave a few years back). Just a tiny sig but he and I both agreed the cover was rather nice and he 'didn't want to spoil it'. I lol'ed lol.
That's great, Adrian! Do you have much left to collect now for Japanese Sega Saturn? Maybe can just focus on Marty now, and PC Engine, though I was not sure if you still collect for that, oh and Sega Mega Drive. ^_^
Cheers mate, What about you? I bet you have some lovely signed CV stuff? Not much JP SS or PCE I want now sadly, sealed titles mainly. I have all the games I want to play pretty much. Marty - I've been focused on that for years lol. There's a handful of titles I know exist and still want / need. Other than that just sealed games, and any other surprise games that appear and catch me unawares (like FFS a couple of years back). MD, hehe, still need a few of those ;-)
Is the towns FFS a 'rare' version then? I've seen it for X68000 fair few times on yahoo japan going for peanuts.
I believe so. Despite what Wiki (lol) says most people have never seen proof that it exists on FM Towns. Certainly I've only ever seen 1 copy, and when that popped up it was a complete surprise to me and various FF and/or Towns fans I spoke with. Imo the rarest version of the game. (Very common on 68k as you say) Back on topic...loving the Ant Attack poster! Wish I still had a speccy.
I do not have any signed items for Castlevania. T_T I think I have got some print signed stuff, but I think that's not the same though. For PC Engine, I'd like to collect a new and sealed game of Renny Blaster one day. ^_^ I wish you best for your Sega Mega Drive collecting. ^_~
Cheers, I'll need it! Re RB - I love that game. It has notoriously poor seal glue though..most sealed copies I've encountered have had edges coming unstuck. If I see another perfect copy I'll let you know (mine is staying put!).
Starting in the top left: Eiji Aonuma, Yoshio Sakamoto, Keiichi Yano, Koji Kondo, Shigeru Miyamoto, Takashi Tezuka, Charles Martinet
Nice Kiss item! I keep meaning to ask my bird if she wants to dress up for me heh. Was that lifted from Yahoo (I have that piccie too 'I think' on my home pc, but it might be different, certainly one I lifted from yahoo of that page) or do you have the book? If so what is the exact book title? Thanks.
It's one I saved from one of the Yahoo auctions. I don't have the book though, but I'd love to know the exact name as well. Maybe some Saturn magazine?
