The game itself's not really the problem (although it's ridiculously beginner-unfriendly), it's the fact that it has the worst fanbase of raging manchildren imaginable.
I see. Anyway, just want to try it out. Haven't been a PC gamer for a long time, just wanted to try some free games. Just recently got Defense Grid, Shadow Warrior and now Dota 2. Can't complain really. Too bad i missed Metro2033 and Sonic Generations free codes last December.

There were free codes for Sonic Generations? Damn. The big Sonic pack isn't worth buying because you end up paying for games like the first Sonic Racing (terrible PC port, lacks multiplayer!), Sonic 4 ep. 1 & 2 (shitty Dimps Sonic games) and all the emulated ROMs (eeehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh). Just get Transformed + DLC, Generations (skip the DLC), SA DX, SA2 (skip the DLC) and Sonic CD (a nice non-emulated new version) and save yourself some money.
my point was the complete pack is the same price is racing transformed by itself and includes it. although the first time i looked it said "4.99" now it's saying 19.99 lolz must have been a mistake they fixed

http://steamcommunity.com/id/Enetirnel I'm not always on all that much since my main computer has died and I'm stuck using one of my crappier older laptops at the moment so I won't be doing that much in terms of multiplayer matches and the like for stuff, though if anyone sees my account online and there's no response fairly quickly to messages or I'm playing a sim game - might be a relative (either younger cousins or occasionally my father borrowing a laptop from me) playing stuff on my account in the house, so just a fair warning. They wouldn't respond to messages anyway as I've told them not to or to at least respond that I'm not on Steam. (I'm also on Origin with the same username).
