Pot tweak xbox original?

does anyone know how to successfully do this? Ive seen a few videos but they never state what number you want to get these to

It would vary to each drive. There was around 4 or 5. My memory is foggy.

 

There's no set value - you need to measure with a special disc and oscilloscope.

If your laser is bad, replace it.
