OK- I'm aware that the jag's PSU was center neg, but what about the CD PSU? I'm under the impression that it is also center negative, but i've got to be sure.
Why? My Jag won't work, and it did just a week ago. I'm really hoping I didn't kill it. All I'm getting is power, but no video, besides slight flickers over the AV cables. I don't have any RF adapters, so I can't test that way.

Is there the potential that the video adapters are dead? I'm going to lose it over this :nightmare:

    No.
Tried again with the AV cables, seems to be like a loose fit. I get sound, but no video. I'm busy for the next while but I'll try cleaning the pins and flexing the pins in the connector for a better fit.

Exactly. I've heard before that they aren't really well built.

Never had a Jaguar open in front of me before but I'd wager there is a voltage regulator inside that would yield polarity.

I wouldn't know if there is or isn't, but it would be interesting to find out.
Plus, I've solved the issue- dirty AV pins. Duh.

Or you just connect a multimeter to an obvious ground, then touch the inner pin and outer connection and see which has continuity.

Since the Jaguar is Open source it could be built into clone systems...
