    How can I power on the power supply manually like an ATX PSU?

    Had to google it, you mean a Consolised MVS(Multi Video System) ?
    dont know but might also be an option to just buy a small atx powersupply? ( ebay Pico MINI ITX ATX Power Supply 24pin DC-ATX)
    But I might not understand your financialy, local store or even idea of what you want to CMVS ;)

    Maybe switching +3.3 SB to PSON the power supply start, I will test during next week.
