    If anyone cares about decrypting the ARC files in those sdk, they are DES encrypted, every 0x200 are reset for the info blocks and every 0x400 are reset for the data blocks.

    I am not sharing any data or decryption tool, so you will have to make due with the information I am providing.

    The keys and algorithm are stored inside lflash_write_dec.prx (itself nested in writei.bin)
    Key and IV for 0.65:
    -K CE5B3C313C381D1F -iv 8153AA8455686CE8
    Key and IV for 1.0.2 and later:
    -K 8653684DA89A561F -iv 41FBCFDDDE9E5B2C

    Latest WinZip / WinRAR should work.
    Probably RAR5 format was used.
