Why butcher such a nice game gear when there are thousands of scuffed up game gears he could've riced up.
Marty McFly: Wait a minute, Doc. Ah... Are you telling me that you built a time machine... out of a DeLorean? Dr. Emmett Brown: The way I see it, if you're gonna build a time machine into a car, why not do it with some style?
Yep. The Doc is right. If you are going to do an impressive mod, do it with style not with some used beaten up crap  Yakumo
Nah, If you're gonna mod something, you've gotta rice it up remov Final specs of this PC (not mine): Celeron D proccessor 330, 80+20 GB Hard drives, 512mbs of ddr ram, 2 CD drives Case mod with 5 LED fans with fancy side panels and all that crap. If you're modding, you gotta make it look faster than it actually is.
My GG WHITE is modded similarly with the video out and controller 1 ports in the battery compartments with controller 2 port coming out of the link port.
Is that a air filter from a damn car? Suppose it'd work but its fugly. I've been tempted to "console" a GameGear in the same way people do NeoGeo boards: 1)Find busted up GameGear that still works but isn't worth restoring as a portable. 2)Find spiffy case, preferably something that has a cart slot. 3)Wire up RGB output, controller ports, cart slot - taking the time to make the cart slot compatible with original SMS carts. 4)Console! I just can't build cases from scratch to save my life. Modifying a SMS case might be feasible.
Although the modification is a very good idea in my opinion, the person could have at least try to do it properly because the console is destroyed... Also we he didn't use a normal GG rather than a collector MKR one...
