Ehh I don't speak anything other than English fluently and I managed just fine. First verify the chip is recognized by the software by clicking on 'ID'. If it doesn't recognize it you may need to reseat the adapter and/or the chip itself. Worst case something is damaged. You also can wire the BIOS chip into the Dreamcast on top of the original and program it using Dreamshell. Obviously if you want to have only one chip in there this isn't a great option.
