Well, in about January i sent 120 GBP to Dano2k0 as payment for a PS2 Test unit. After not receiving it after....Roughly 1 1/4 months i sent a question inquiring about it. Dano2k0 responded saying "When shipped, it was lost during in transit, then arrived back with me damaged. :banghead: On a better note, i do still have one more PS2 Test unit left, which i was keeping myself, i will send this one over to you instead and this time send it through someone else." I've waited another 3-4 months, with no word and i have not received the Unit to this date. I didn't have good access to anything online due to....Problems i would rather not talk about online.... Paypal says you need to open a Dispute within 45 days of payment, but i was wondering if even after such a prolonged period if it would be possible to take any action towards this in-justice? I take it you have tried to contact Dano2ko and asked him why it never turned up the second time?! Did you pay for insured shipping? This seems very out of character for him!

As I have done nothing wrong and honored to send out my TEST when yours arrived back with me damaged, the fact you haven't bothered to contact me at all for months and then just to come at me like this, I think I deserve an appology. Like I said I shall try and find the now months old tracking information and parcel collection details when i'm home, but for the time being I can't be of help as I have no documents with me. Hopefully this can be rectified one way or another and I have my fingers crossed I have the tracking number back at home, if it comes back as 'delivered' then I can guess we all know what your game is.. Me too, I honestly can't believe I have been faced with this today. I mean 0 contact for months, then this, what is that all about??? I'm just hoping the tracking will reveal where the parcel actually is. There are plenty of members on here that i'm sure will be more than happy to come forward and back me up, i'm not interested in ripping anyone off.
I did go against my better judgement with how i reacted to this. I've just been going through difficult times, hence why i haven't contacted you over this matter in a long time, and when i finally did get an opportunity to contact, well....Medication can have unfortunate Mental Side effects. I really am not going to go into any more detail about what's happening in my personal life, but i do feel i should give my apologies not over a Private Message, but over the entire forum. I also jump to conclusions, and it doesn't help that this is my 2nd transaction over a Forum.
Personal life issues / problems aside, you should have made someone aware of this, so he / she could have checked if it arrived or not. Dano2k0 proved he is a honest seller when he sent his own Test after yours was returned damaged. Plus after all this time, depending on what shipping you have choosen, the mail company won't even bother to check what happened. If Dano2k0 gave you the tracking code, it was sent to you. It could have arrived, it could be retained at the customs, it could have been stolen... You should have contacted him first to try to solve this situation, specially because you weren't online for such a long time. Hopefuly Dano2k0 can help you on this.
