http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbi...cking-New-Years-episode-depict-cot-death.html To all you ex-pats such as Yakumo..look what your missing here in blighty..Surely the biggest proof that soaps are negative, sensationalist, soul sapping shit, and as about as useful for self motivation..as watching the news.:gravedigging:
Eastenders is shit anyway or at least it was 10 or so years back when I last watched it. Still, at least you didn't see that plot coming. You already know the plot of EVERY Japanese drama because they are all the same. But yes, dramas are mostly a load of crap.
I'm sure this makes me some kind of elitist prick but whenever anyone admits to watching soap operas they drop like a stone in my estimation. Find something more stimulating to do with your time, honestly. (I'm sure many soap viewers think the same about videogames, though, so I guess we're even.)
Soap junkies will use that argument till...we remind them which uses more grey matter...to which a Soap fan will say "all colors matter stupid!" :banghead:
yeah my ex didnt 'get' it when I played games (though I never played when she was around) and didn't 'get' why anyone would...bet she's playing Farmville or some lame match 3 game on iphone now. Anyway soaps are terrible and are horrible for society, particularly those impressionable fools and trash chavs who's lives relate to Eastenders
Ah peep show, a class show that gives a light hearted glance into what life would really be like..if we could read minds.
I laugh balls every time I watch it. Mark Outloud: No! That's not what love's about! Mark to himself: It totally is. And let's face it, Super Hans may be the best supporting character ever.
Bring on the soap opera beastiality. It is only a matter of time. Oh and Peep Show FTW, but it isn't a soap per se
Eastenders and the Daily Mail; perhaps the two worst things in the UK... Oh wait, we've got Jeremy Kyle too. All three truly reflect the lives of people living in Britain. :-(
