You asked for it you get. Everyone now knows that I live in Forest City, NC. So it took a picture of the unit with last Sunday's Daily Courier which is the local newspaper. (www.thedigitalcourier.com) Also see all my new pics at http://sflynn.info/fz-21s1-2.html If anyone needs higher res pics, PM or email me. The web has 800x600 res but the real pics are at 2560x1920.
You might never know what they got at those Flea Markets, you'll see the people with 20 Super Famicoms & wonder how in the heck they got them.
he took THAT in a flea market?! dude, you have alot of luck! how much did you paid for it? i've never seen any m2 looking this ''finished'' and ''comercial'', wow. speeking of the m2, am i the only one that wonder why 3do didn't add at least one joystick on the controller?
there are at least 6 different types of m2 software: m2 arcade games at least one if not all where cd based m2 atm russian dont know where they store the software probably on a chip m2 coffee machine - yakumo should open one for us m2 media player - house designing software (2 different version one for houses one for apartments) m2 media player kiosk - was used at car dealers for displaying them (colors or so) m2 original games - may exist only as sourcecode or alpha/beta version (games like d2 or imsa racing and power crystal) and i guess none of the above except for the original games will run on a m2 devunit or a full console (prototype or final)
Well he lives in Forest City, North Carolina. That's about a days drive from where I live. If the seller had the M2, then theres a good chance he has other "rare" items. I might order a subscription of the local paper up there to find out somethings. Oh and go see 'Cats' to support your local fine arts department, its a good play.
A friends of mine got a NeoGeo AES with 7 games in a garage sale. The women that sold it told him that his son was in college and their were selling the house, thus making a garage sale to get rid of anything that was in the atic Too bad i didnt went before him :smt071 M2 soft? Im sure it exist, like a working Neptune :-D
There is a good chance that the arcade game's may run on the hardware and if you are an M2 collector it may be worth tracking down an M2 arcade title, the cheapest one that you can find, probably Polystar's at dollars or near that anyway, and trying the arcade disc on your final unit, the hardware looks identical, the arcade does not appear to have anything extra. http://www.system16.com/konami/hrdw_m2.html#tv Have a look yourself and see what you think, another way would be for someone on the board who has the arcade, I'm sure Lawrence does, to somehow get the disc to you, for experimentation purposes.
yeah and hes missing the m2 full console (might be better suited for that task then the dev cddrive + m2 emulation card) and he wont get the black one since price got way over 3k$ i think =(
