Another thread got me thinking, does anyone remember the prototype PS3 controllers that were curved and looked like a boomerang? We're they actual functioning controllers or were they just concept designs? Anyone got one?
Concept design. IIRC the prototype controllers that were released look like the ones that are out now. People 'round here do have them.
I have an Unofficial third party wired PS3 controller which looks suspiciously like the prototype boomerang controller.
That boomerang controller looked so much like a shitty PC controller that had been on the market in Europe for years. I really do wish they had gone with that design. Oh, how funny that would have been. In fact, I bet if nobody had said anything they would have gone with that design. Instead we get yet another PSX controller with a few things bolted on. Sony controllers are like the Porsche car. They have always looked basically the same. Yakumo
