Same as a regular vita in terms of functionality. Hardware basically the same as well.
Not much to really say other than it's just a normal vita with a different plate in the back (the plate is the part that shows model, voltage, NFR, etc)

 

so would there be any difference in value due to the nfs???

That's not how it works, you need to have them in the photo so we can be (reasonably) sure it was you who took the photo. The way you did it, everyone could just take any old photo and mspaint shit on top.

That being said, I believe it doesn't matter in this case since price checks don't need photo validation anyways. Just keep it in mind for the future.
