    Hello everyone,

I have a PS Vita PDEL-1001 with firmware 3.68 and I wan't to try to go to the PSN Store (Title Store), but everytime I get the error message "service ID is empty". Does anybody know how to fix this? I know there is a text field in debug settings with the same name but idk what to fill in there.
Regional Store throws this error message: "This content may not be for sale or is no longer for sale". I know that only one of both stores work if "NP Environment" in debug settings is set up to "np". At least one of both stores worked on my DECH PS3.

If I go to the web browser an type in "psns:" the store loads but with "UNSUPPORTED_ACTION" message. I can browse the whole store but downloads will fail with C0-10935-8 error message.

Has sony restricted the access to the store for devkits or what's going on?

I am not quite sure if the psns: command works properly on vita, I have never tried it, otherwise, yes your environment needs to be set on np.

I know for a fact that some people managed to go to the ps store on a vita devkit but that was a few months/years ago, also the person who did owned a legit activated unit. If your unit is not activated you can't run any games downloaded from the store.
