    As promised I plan on putting the floppies drivers from assemblers auction and the 2500 drivers on a cd. Let me know who is interested so I can figure out final cost. The more people interested the less the cd cost.

    Well, that's me at least.
    Need drivers for 2000 board plus all the utils.

    You going to keep the manual, by the way?

    Same boat as heinrich. Is the cash for your time and effort or to cover the distribution costs or what? Are we talking $5 or $100? You wouldn't want to just upload it somewhere would you? Are you making a compilation disc of all necessary Playstation files or just misc floppy + 2500 drivers? BTW, I'm quite fond of disk/disc images + media scans :D

    It would be all the floppy disc since they are drivers for the boards. I plan on doing this just once. I plan on getting this list together while I am waiting on kevin sending the items out. Once they arrive I plan on taking a count and dividing that number up into the auction price. adding a couple dollars for cd's. Basically I am not looking at making a profit if 10 of us want them than it would be 48 a disc + 5 shipping.

    So let me know.

    I know for me getting the drivers was a pain and took me a while to get were i am at. I was just trying to be helpful. If more people wanted them price would be less. I used 10 as a base number and yes getting free time is tough. between my job and my kid I do not have much free time to do this.

    $PSDocId: Document Release 1.0 for Run-time Library Release XX$
    PlayStation DECI driver Version XX

    Installing the PlayStation DECI driver
    * Introduction
    The PlayStation DECI driver is a Windows (95/NT) driver that enables the
    PlayStation development board to be used with various tools. Please install the
    driver according to the instructions below when using CodeWarrior R4 or later,
    or other tools that require the DECI driver.
    Note that SDevTC, which works with dexbios, h25bios, etc., cannot be used in
    conjunction with the DECI driver.

    * Operating system and machine
    Support is provided for the four combinations given below. Select the
    appropriate one for your operating system and machine.
    A. Windows95 and the DTL-H2000/DTL-H2700
    B. Windows95 and the DTL-H2500
    C. WindowsNT and the DTL-H2000/DTL-H2700
    D. WindowsNT and the DTL-H2500

    * Installation
    A. Installing the DTL-H2000/DTL-H2700 for Windows95.
    A-1. Setting up the hardware
    Connect the DTL-H2000/H2700 to the PC by following the instructions for
    the development board or those in the start-up manual.
    A-2. Initializing the board (DTL-H2700 only)
    Please update the DTL-H2700 to the latest firmware release. The update can
    be performed by executing the following commands from the DOS prompt or DOS.
    This operation is not necessary for the DTL-H2000.
    > cd deci\flash27
    > flash 1340
    (1340 is the I/O Address for the DTL-H2700.)
    A-3. Disabling settings for CW R3 and earlier, and SDevTC environments
    If a driver from CW R3 or earlier is installed, please uninstall the old
    driver. Select Start Menu -> Settings -> Control Panel -> System -> Device
    Manager -> PlayStation -> DTL-H2000 delete.
    In the SDevTC environment, if loading of dexbios takes place in
    config.sys, remove or comment out the line.
    A-4. Specifying the I/O Address and the IRQ
    Copy deci\psx95isa to an appropriate location on the hard disk.
    Double click the deci\psx95isa\psx95isa.inf in the copied files.
    Find the line beginning with ;IRQConfig=
    If an IRQ is to be used, first delete the initial ; then enter the board
    setting such as 10, 12, 15 (e.g., IRQConfig=10).
    If an IRQ is not used, leave the ; as is.
    A line beginning with IOConfig= should appear next. Specify the I/O
    address in this line, as in IOConfig=1240-124b(3ff::)
    The initial values are set to IRQ: none, I/O address: 1340.
    A-5. Installing the driver
    Select Start Menu -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Hardware. To start the
    installation, follow the procedure below.
    a. Click on "Next".
    b. Select "No" for automatic detection, then click on "Next".
    c. Select "Other device" and click on "Next".
    d. Select "Have disk". For the copy source, specify the directory
    containing psx95isa.inf as described above in section A-4.
    e. Select PlayStation Board DECI (DTL-H2000/H2700) and click on
    "Next". The port address will be displayed. Click on "Next".
    f. Click on "Finish" to complete installation of the driver.

    B. Installing the DTL-H2500 for Windows95
    B-1. Setting up the hardware
    Connect the DTL-H2500 to the PC by following the instructions for the

    performed by executing the following commands from the DOS prompt or DOS.
    > cd deci\flash25
    > flash
    B-3. Disabling settings for CW R3 and earlier, and SDevTC environments
    If drivers are not being used they should be deleted. Otherwise the other
    devices would recognize the board as a PCI card.
    Start Menu -> Settings -> Control Panel
    System -> Device Manager -> Other Devices -> PCI Card -> Delete
    If a driver from CW R3 or earlier is present, it should be uninstalled.
    Start Menu -> Settings -> Control Panel
    System -> Device Manager -> PlayStation -> DTL-H2500 -> Delete
    B-4. Installing the driver
    Select Start Menu -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Hardware. To start

    You have to remember that a lot of the people on these boards are cheap asses, so don't be insulted if they don't want to pay anything more than a few bucks. ;)
