    The top is more important than the bottom. The bottom is not perfect but it is ok I guess and I did boot it on my PS2. The top is the worst of it.

    The never released Biohazard 4 chainsaw controller. Serial number 00033
    THIS IS NOT A PROTOTYPE. THIS IS A 100% RETAIL UNIT
    This is one of only a few (less than 20) that escaped destruction after Nuby failed to secure licensing in Japan for this controller. I paid to have them shipped to the USA to avoid destruction.

    One of the rarest Resident Evil items you could hope to find. These vary rarely change hands.
