I'm slightly concerned by the amount that the hard disk bounces around inside the expansion bay of my PS2 since the metal shield of the Network Adaptor is starting to buckle...

Does anyone know where I can get drive rails of the type that came with the HDD bundled with the Final Fantasy kit? Will standard PC drive rails work? I don't have any spare ones at the moment so it'd save me taking a PC apart to find out...

Would be really nice if I could make it secure enough that I'm not terrified of breaking it...no more than a normal PS2, anyway ;)

    Cheers,

    Stone

I would be interested in this too. Maybe someone with the original HD can make blueprints of those rails to help us doing our own?

I just used anti-static foam, folded into cubes and glued.

  4. I could do this if it helps.
