PS2 Laser part name/sourcing

I have a few fat PS2s that this piece has worn down and won't grip onto the worm drive. I know you can bend it down, but it keeps losing it's grip after a few loads. Does anyone know the technical name or where you would buy a new one. Laser seems to be working so I don't want to pay $20 for a new one.

I'm wanting to know if there is a technical term to where I could find it on Ali Express instead of paying the markup for the layman's term as I need several.
