Hey there, I've attempted to install a modbo 4.0 into my scph-9000x GH-072-42, but it seems to be behaving oddly (that is, not really working at all). When I power the console on the matrix logo appears, then it flickers out within a second (not sure if that's normal), then I hear the sound of the playstation's BIOS being entered, however there is no picture to accompany it. I'm fairly sure there are no shorts with my installation, although I could definitely check again. Is there a particular issue that'd cause this?
Check the video cable or the video port on the board. Try wiggling the PS2 end of the cable and see if you get any video.
