Definitely. Thanks a lot for everyone's help and patience. I'm quite curious as to what the issue was. Seems to be a loose lead *somewhere*. Maybe I will leave it in a time capsule when I'm done for future generations to decide.

Hopefully I'll save someone some time in the future. It's a shame the XRGB2 cuts off a few pixels on the handful of overscanned games I have (mainly all the Cave ones).
