Ps2 SCPH 77004 modbo 5.0

Hey guys, I am a newbie and I am going to install modbo 5 in my ps2 77004, but I can't find the right diagram, I don't know much about this, can someone link me a diagram please? Thank you, and also, I am going to use 40awg cable for the connection, should I use these or thicker cables? Also, note that the modbo 5's installation is the same as modbo 4's installation apparently.
