Well, here it is finally :)
This is being released as a thank you to ASSEMbler, Moderators and this excellent community. Keep rocking and sharing!

DISCLAIMER: All the information provided below (and above) is for educational and preservation purposes!!!
I will NOT provide assistance with either installation or usage of this SDK!
I am not responsible for anything good or bad that happens to you, your relatives, or your belongs, due to the usage of this SDK.
    Use at your own risk.

    TL;DR?
Scroll to the bottom for the download links; though you'll be missing the interesting part...

This is version 3.0.3 of Sony's PS2 SDK.
Although the disc says July 2005 (probably when the disc became available for licensees to purchase), the SDK was released in June 2005 (according to its readme file).
It is a minor revision to both previously leaked SDKs (3.0 and 3.0.2); you can see the details of what has changed in the several TXTs spread accross the folders.

Contrary to previously leaked SDKs, this one is complete: the disc includes the installers (Windows only) and it contains not only the basic needed stuff (runtime library, docs) but also Training material and additional tools among other things.

It does NOT include any of the SN Systems (ProDG, ProView, NDK, Tuner, etc) or Metrowerks (Codewarrior, etc) tools, since these had to be purchased separately.

The disc has no DTL-S##### identifier as it happened with SDK CD releases for PS1.

Most documentation (PDFs) is the same as in previous SDKs (3.0, 3.02).

To those of you not familiar with this SDK: although the installer is for Windows, no compiler is included for Windows.
This is because Sony designed the SDK to be originally (since first version) used under Red Hat Linux 6.2 (NOT TO BE CONFUSED with the current Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.2).
I am unsure if Sony provided Windows installer for the SDK since its first version, or if it was a decision based on developer feedback.
If you want to use this SDK under Windows, you'll need to use another software for compiling your code (CodeWarrior, ProDG?, gcc?), or you can create a VM with a GNU/Linux distribution of your choice (if it's Red Hat 6.2 or similar, much better).

Here's some information I provided in a different thread: http://www.assemblergames.com/forums/showthread.php?40101-PS2-SDK-DVD-legit-or-bootleg

Thanks - it's not a problem that the SN tools aren't there, I shipped a PS2 title just using the SDK tools.
This is good that you've posted this as my SDK 3.0 DVD seems to not read :-/

Never thought I'd be away this long... Missed you AG!!!

    So...
Adrive is discontinuing their free service, and on top of that I can't remember which user/pass I uploaded this with.
The links for Mediafire are still functional apparently, though that's only the installed version.
I'll re-upload the ISO as soon as I can (it will take a while though, as my internet is crap) and add new links in first post.

If you look at the time, you'll see your first post here was the same day as my last post here.
Just look at the post above yours, and you'll see the answer.

Did you try both mega and onedrive links?
Which service works for you? I'll see if I can upload it, but may take a couple of days.
