PS2 Sega Ages... is it just me or is something not right about them?

Starting with Gunstar Heroes Treasure Box and onward, they are about the best ports in the history of console gaming. You couldn't ask for anything more and expect to get it. Talk about going out with a bang: Fantasy Zone II is excellent. Of course, all the hackers had to get it working on System 16 hardware, so you can find roms of it and program them yourself if you're hardcore.

The fact that today most companies don't put this much attention into their product is what has turned me off from the industry as a whole.

Gunstar Heroes Treasure box is just chockfull of Gunstar Heroes Goodness.

 

I'm sure everybody agree that the Phantasy Star series deserver a better remake...

 

I am sure Yakumo fumes inside as he can't buy the Sega Ages collections as he I am sure he would rather cut off his gonnads then buy a Playstation 2.

 

Oh? I have the 15th Anniversary DS game, is it worth double dipping?

I still really want to try the Gain Ground one. I absolutely love this game, and I love SSH. So it seems like a good fit.

Oh please, the difference is not intollerable, it's not like the Sega Smash Pack level of fuck up. I sincerely doubt it, from what I've heard of the music in most of the ports. The differences are minor.
