PS2 Slim Motor Replaced Still Not Spinning Disc

Hi. I've ordered a brand new motor for my SCPH-79003 and it still doesn't spin discs. It's not a bad laser as I took it from another working ps2 to test it. The laser is trying to read as I can see the red dot but the spindle doesn't seem to budge. Is there a fuse that controls the spindle?

OK so there's clearly something wrong here. The disc is just spinning extremely fast when the motor is in the other ps2 so I'm assuming the motor is faulty. Also the drive still refuses to spin other motors so does anyone know the fuse location?

 

You might want to check the motor driver IC too.

 

Yeah can be a fuse that controls the spindle or could be bad motor or bad rs chip

 

It was a bad motor and there's also something broken on that main board as it won't spin discs. It's not too important as I have 2 slims and 3 fat modeld anyway but I'll still keep it to try fix again for the learning experience.
