I have this unused sony ps2 fat console silver dtl-h50009 NTSC-c, cannot find any for sale, can anyone tell me the value and rarIty thanks
Well I can certainly say I've never seen a silver case for a DTL ps2... Can't tell ya a price range sadly but it's certainly something. (And just a few days ago I saw a DECR ps3 in the retail casing which was also weird to me - been a lot of cool things showing up lately)
The SCPH-50009 is silver too, it appears. Another member here, SONIC3D, has a DTL-50009 series unit. But his unit is the "DTL-H50009 J" actually, which appears to be somehow meant for Japan. Its boot ROM is older than the SCPH-50009 (v1.80 vs v1.90, and no PS2 had v1.80 other than the first PSX units), and was designed to work with 100V and has a Japanese manual. Is your unit model just "DTL-H50009"? Do you mind making a dump with my private version of PS2Ident, so that we can find out more about it? If you're fine with doing that, we can communicate via PM. FYI, this model is the Chinese release. Only one model was released in China, so it should be quite rare.
Lingjr from Hong Kong have this same model plus the external PS2 HDD, just in "Peral" Silver, not this classic. Yes, these was only for the Asian region.
