...TEST is a U.K, PAL version- MODEL DTL-30002, works a treat.

...Prefer to trade for unusual Xbox or Gamecube stuff.

I got a NTSC/UC (presumably Korean) unit DTL-H30001 and need the PAL one too

does the test ps2 has the ability to output true component... (can you select YrCb in the menu as video output?)

 

I don't really have unusual Xbox or Gamecube stuff, but I do have games for trade. Are you interested in games, and if so in which ones?

Same as the normal PAL PS2 console but you can't play DVD films and NTSC PS1 games run at 50Hz... >_<

And yeah.. its in component and works fine!

...The above description sounds about right without actually firing the thing up!!!

...I do remember that it doesn't play DVD films due to the lack of driver on this particular type of machine.

yeah the PAL one works fine in component mode.. (DTL-H30002)!!!

Doesnt play DVD Movies.. plays all Original games.. and backups have to be patched. (very easy to do).

I have a spare 30002 debug box with polys and manual if anyone wants to make the machine complete.

 

about the "Test": I have a network adapter for the regular PAL ps2, would I be able to use that on the Test PS2? And, what exactly is included with the machine?

Is the packed 30002 new or used?

 

I've never tried using a network adapter on it, so I wouldn't like to say.

...I guess others on here could confirm whether this works, can't see why not in theory.


As for whats included with the machine, well basically my intention was just to trade the console on it's own.
