I have a question: how do I play iso's off of the HDD in the test unit?

I would also like to know if this is possible, and if it is, then how do you do it? I'm thinking about getting a TEST sooner or later.

I have tested a DTL-H30001E, which is an NTSC U/C PS2 Test using the standard retail Network adapter, HDAdvance 3.0 and a Seagate Barracuda 160Gb HDD and I can tell you that it does indeed allow access.

However, I've only tested it in so far as running pre-loaded material. I've not attempted to use it to lift data from games titles and save to HDD. I'd rather not wear out the laser. Incidentally, I own all the titles on the HDD and it's purely for back-up purposes! The good thing with the DTL-H3x range is that few of them are multi regional and will automatically output in the format of the games title, i.e. PAL in my case.

So, the short answer is 'Yes!' the long answer is 'There might be glitches' and I doubt each individual machine is completely compatible.
