    What model is the better??

How much cost every model (more or less)??

I like experiment with consoles, pc's, etc, is a good item to to things??

Sorry there are a lot of questions.

Im new to this aswell but ill try to answer some of your questions

    1) I have recently got few TEST PS2's and have not come across a NTSC unit it just maybe that no one what’s to sell there’s :) not sure but I assume its easier to find a NTSC unit in the US. Only real reason I would still want a NTSC unit as you don’t get the prob with picture on NTSC PS1 games, other then that don’t think it matters.

    2) If your gonna use the unit for what its meant for, been told the older units DTL-H30101/2 are the best to go for as they still have the firewire port (to hook up to the PS2 TOOL) and can also run the different region original utill disc's.

    3) Price wise iv seen them go from $180 upto $520 depending on model and condition, box etc.

    4) With the last thing you asked I don’t really know, as I only get the debug for collecting not for any real dev/debug use, someone else maybe able to fill you in on this aspect.

Anway I may have a few things wrong, im sure someone can correct me and last good luck finding one.

    Thanks for your answers jammi.

    I have clear some points.

If I want to do something I need a ps2 tool (impossible for me, I think).

If I buy a ntsc ps2 test, I can't use pal games I suppose, Is this correct??

    Thanks

Depends on the type of games. If you get a DTL-H10000 you can only play Japanese retail discs but master discs and PS1 games from any region. If you get a DTL-H3000x or DTL-H5000x then you can play retail games from any region; video output will be in the format the game was written for (American games will run in NTSC, Euro games will run in PAL).

    I think :D

Mmm, interesting. Then the better choose is a dtl-h3000X o dtl-h5000x (or the new dtl-h7000X that I think exists).

DTL-H3010X and DTL-H5000X are the best because they play "utility discs" such as HDD utility disc and BB Navigator etc.
