Hey Guys A friend of mine is visiting Tokyo and he sent me a message saying he ran across a store that was selling 40 GB PS3s for 19,900 yen. He asked if he should pick some up for me...heh. Can anyone confirm this? He's not too much of a gamer so you can't tell if he really knew what he was looking at. Plus, stores today usually offer internet service and a 20,000 yen coupon if you sign up. The often advertise a free PSP or Wii or a 20,000 yen discounted PS3. I'm wondering if he saw that... Thanks
Cheapest new you can find is 40000 with one game and hdmi cables I reckon. Must have been a deal for taking out a credit card, phone contract or Internet contract. When getting a laptop recently you had to look hard to find the real price, the price stated was always on the basis of getting your internet contract changed to Fletz(?)
