PS3 20 GB Used for $246

I visited with a manager fried of mine a couple of nights ago here in Japan and he's selling the used PS3s for 29,800 yen which is about $246. He said that he doesn't want to keep any used PS3s in stock so he priced them at that level to sell them off quickly as they come in. The 60GB version is 39,000. He didn't have either in stock or else I'd probably be a PS3 owner right now..

 

But aren't those prices less then what most of the major game retailers are buying them in for?

Then you could see the price labels saying that PS3s are Y39,000 and Y29,800. :lol:

Shit even the ¥39k 60GB version is worth picking up compared to what they run to over here. They are still asking £400 ($790) for an unboxed 2nd hand PS3 near me with one game.

His buy price was 20,000 yen. I already told him to reserve one for me if he gets it in stock but at that buy price he might be out of stock for a while. I'm sure other stores are offering higher prices.
